Project Safe Kids

Project Safe Kids creates free digital identifications of children for their parents to use as a tool to assist law enforcement if their child is missing.

“Every 40 seconds a child in the U.S. goes missing.  The more quickly law enforcement can obtain, utilize and distribute data about a missing child the better the chance that they can locate the child and return him or her safely to their parents,” said David Nixon, ILEEF chairman.

“Project Kid ID is a program provides parents with state of the art child safety tools at no charge. Each family receives a digital profile of their child stored in multiple formats.  The profile includes a digital photograph of the child, a digital fingerprint of all 10 fingers, basic description data and child safety tips.”
